Unlimited Ink Notary – Terms & Conditions for Services
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To ensure a smooth and transparent process, all in-person and online notary services are provided at a single, all-inclusive fee agreed upon prior to booking online or over the phone. The final fee includes all necessary components to complete your request, such as the notary’s time, travel, and administrative costs for processing and managing the appointment.
Entering your credit card information authorizes the final quoted fee. There is no obligation to proceed; you may decline services at any time prior to confirming your booking.
All quotes are valid for two hours from issuance. Payment beyond this period may require a new quote due to contractor availability.
A notary will not be assigned until payment is received. If a notary does not arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment, a negotiated discount may be offered prior to service commencement. If a notary is over one hour late, a full refund may be issued if no services are rendered, or up to a 50% discount at management discretion if services are performed.
All appointments require a minimum two-hour notice, and an on-time appointment includes only a 15-minute grace period.
