Before You Begin:

This onboarding is best if you take it on a computer in a quiet room. Attempts from your tablet or phone will count toward your exam and you will not be allowed to continue your onboarding exam, if you abandon the test. We highly recommend you use your first attempt to take this test on a desktop computer & in a quiet place after watching the onboarding video.

 

This is a timed test. You will be given 45 minutes to complete this 40-question test based on the video above.

You must use the same email you use in your Signing Order profile. Please note that if you use another email, you will not be given credit on your Signing Order profile. If you are not yet listed in Signing Order, you must complete your profile on SigningOrder.com prior to taking this test. We recommend that you complete your profile no less than 7 days prior to taking this test to ensure you receive credit.

 

If you are caught attempting to take the test more than once using a different name or email address you will be disqualified from working with Unlimited Ink Notary and obtain a blocklist on your Signing Order account.

Our onboarding process is entirely automated. Due to our heavy business volume, we are unable to take calls from anyone regarding the test or test results. We do keep our onboarding up-to-date. Failure to respect our no-call policy may result in permanent blocklisting from our SigningOrder.com list as it will show that you are not willing to follow directions even before you begin a working relationship.

Questions from this test are selected from a series of pre-prepared, yet random, questions. Each test you take will be re-worded and entirely different each time the test is taken.

Once you start your test you will not be able to abandon the test and re-start at a later time. It will be an automatic failure. Please make sure not to start your test until you are in a quiet room, have watched the onboarding video, and are ready to proceed.

This test is not pass or fail and all scores will be notated in our notary list. If you score less than 85% on this test- you will not be eligible for most orders unless you take additional training. You will need to complete training at NotaryStars.com, which will help you with other companies that use Signing Order. We love to work with newer notaries to help them start their career, but we must protect the current list of notaries who count on our clients for orders. Once you start becoming that go-to notary in your area you will understand and appreciate this!
