For Site or Property Photos
Our contractors are Notaries who specialize in Real Estate Signings and understand what kind of photos you are seeking. Generally within populated areas we are able to assign you a Notary who can take your photos within an hour. Our team will always select the closest Notary who has the highest quality feedback. And our team will marry any special instructions you may enter with ours and ensure the Notary contractor will read them to take the best site or property photos.
After Your Contractor is Assigned to Your Order
Once one of our Notaries are contracted for your assignment they will reach out to you to confirm the details of your assignment including the address and any special details you've entered into your order. It is important for the contractor to be able to reach you easily, especially if you need your photos fast, so they can ensure they complete your photo assignment properly.
HERE'S WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN WE GO LOOK FOR YOU...
While The Contractor is Taking Site or Property Photos
You will be able to relax while our contractor is taking your photos and videos. However, occasionally the contractor may reach out to you on an assignment if there are any locked doors, gate codes, or lockbox codes are not working. They may also reach out to you if something in your instructions don't line up.
We encourage our contractors to communicate with our clients freely to ensure they provide excellent services.
After The Site or Property Photos Have Been Taken
Once your assignment is complete a Dropbox link will be provided to you. Unlimited Ink Notary will review the provided photos immediately to ensure they are the quality standards we expect from the Notary going to take site and property photos for all clients.
Photos may take up to 1 hour to appear on the link, and video walk throughs may take up to 2 hours, depending on their file size. You will be allowed 14 days to download the photos.
